Since I put score 3 star, don't think that the institution is average only. I put the score for teachers only as they have started this institution in recent past. The teachers should have the aim to enhance the aspirants knowledge as well as to contribute the society that you already have started. The free class for rural background aspirants is an excellent move. As a mentor you should show the right path and guidance only and this is aspirants duty to put their hard work and therefore you should create that atmosphere in such a way that the aspirants should feel that this is not putting some letters behind their names like IAS or IPS and its more related to contribute the society.
